With the holidays and snow days, we haven’t quite gotten back into the swing of things around here, and I haven’t quite gotten back into the swing of posting things around this site, either. Sorry!
We were busy in the library for most of December and also when we returned from Christmas break. Everyone should by now have at least five sources for his or her research topic printed and/or copies.
MLA source cards were due Friday for 9th-graders and today for 10th-graders. (Here’s a copy of my MLA Source Formats sheet.)
The first batch of note cards, 10 total, will be due tomorrow for 9th-graders and Monday for 10th-graders. (Here’s a copy of my how-to packet for note cards.)
We’re fast approaching exams, but the district decided to change our schedule to make up for some of our lost time. An announcement of the adjusted exam dates will probably be made tomorrow.
